How to Use Your Peace Anchor (~60 sec)

When you don’t have to listen to the full hypnosis, use this 60-second field version:

  1. Pause + Close your eyes (or soften your gaze): Take a slow inhale and longer exhale.

  2. Put your hand on your heart

  3. Say your anchor word "Release" (quietly or in your mind).

  4. Let Your Jaw and Shoulders Drop: Feel your jaw get heavy and loose and let your shoulders fall away from your ears.

  5. Repeat “Release” with each exhale until you feel the edge come down (think 10% at a time)
