Payment Policies

Pay as You Go

​PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: The total fee for each session is due at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in the program, you authorize Evolvement Coaching & Consulting LLC to initiate a one-time payment for services.

 

Payment Plan

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & AUTHORIZATION: The total plan/program fee is divided into weekly, bi-weekly or monthly installments (depending on the plan you chose), which are automatically deducted from your designated bank account for the duration of the program. By enrolling in the plan, you authorize Evolvement Coaching & Consulting LLC to initiate a recurring charge for services until the plan is canceled or completed.

PLAN CANCELLATION: Your authorization will remain in effect for the duration of the plan unless you cancel through your online portal under the “My Subscriptions” tab. To cancel your enrollment in the program, you must provide written notice (via email) and complete the cancellation process in the online portal. Upon cancellation, any outstanding balance for services already rendered will be due immediately.

 

Ongoing Plan

By enrolling in the plan, you authorize Evolvement Coaching & Consulting LLC to initiate a bi-weekly recurring charge for services until the plan is canceled or completed.

PLAN CANCELLATION: Your authorization will remain in effect for the duration of the plan unless you cancel through your online portal under the “My Subscriptions” tab. To cancel your enrollment in the program, you must provide written notice (via email) and complete the cancellation process in the online portal. Upon cancellation, any outstanding balance for services already rendered will be due immediately.

 

Packages (Paid in Full)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & AUTHORIZATION: The total fee for the program is due at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in the program, you authorize Evolvement Coaching & Consulting LLC to initiate a one-time payment for the full program amount.
 
PLAN CANCELLATION: If either party wishes to terminate this Agreement before the completion of the services, written notice must be provided to the other party. If the Client chooses to terminate services, a refund of 50% of the pro-rated balance will be issued. If the Practitioner chooses to terminate services, the Client will receive a refund of the remaining paid balance.

 

Refund Policy

We value our clients and strive to provide exceptional services. Please review our refund policy carefully.

Please note: No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered.

Refund Requests for Pay as You Go (Single) Sessions:

Refunds for pay-as-you-go or single sessions that have not yet taken place must be requested within 24 hours of booking the session. Requests made beyond the 24-hour window will not be honored.

Refund Requests for Packages (Paid-in-Full)

If either party decides to terminate the agreement before all services have been completed, a formal refund request must be submitted using the link provided below. The terms for refunds are as follows:

• Client-Initiated Termination: If the client chooses to terminate services before completion, a refund of 50% of the pro-rated balance for any unused sessions will be issued.

• Practitioner-Initiated Termination: If the practitioner chooses to terminate services, the client will receive a full refund of the pro-rated balance for any unused sessions.​

Service Agreements

Liability Waiver

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party, including their respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns, against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, expenses, or legal fees that may arise from any act or omission related to this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of the Agreement.

 

Consent to Provide Services

CONSENT TO PROVIDE SERVICES: The services provided are designed to complement any physical and mental health treatment you are currently receiving but are not a substitute for proper medical care. You agree to seek assistance from a licensed medical professional for any serious psychological, physical, or emotional ailments. By participating in the program, you consent to receiving these services and accept full responsibility and liability for any outcomes related to your personal choices or actions taken as a result of the program.

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed. A reschedule/cancellation/missed session fee, equal to the cost of one session, will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
