At Evolvement Coaching & Consulting LLC, your success is my priority. My coaching services are designed to provide deep, transformational support, and I am fully committed to helping you achieve meaningful progress.

Payment Plans
The total program fee is divided into installments over the duration of the program as stated at checkout. Payments will be automatically deducted from your designated account for the full duraion of the program. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges for services.

Commitment to Your Success

Growth takes time, effort, and commitment, and I am here to guide you every step of the way. If you actively engage in the coaching process and implement the strategies we discuss but do not experience measurable progress within the first six weeks, I will personally provide:
✔️ An additional one-on-one coaching session at no extra cost.
✔️ A customized action plan designed to help you overcome challenges and stay on track toward your goals.

Due to the nature of coaching—where insights, tools, and strategies are provided from the very first session—refunds are not offered. Coaching is an investment in your personal growth, and results are influenced by your engagement and commitment to the process.

Service Agreements

Liability Waiver

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party, including their respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns, against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, expenses, or legal fees that may arise from any act or omission related to this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of the Agreement.

 

Consent to Provide Services

CONSENT TO PROVIDE SERVICES: The services provided are designed to complement any physical and mental health treatment you are currently receiving but are not a substitute for proper medical care. You agree to seek assistance from a licensed medical professional for any serious psychological, physical, or emotional ailments. By participating in the program, you consent to receiving these services and accept full responsibility and liability for any outcomes related to your personal choices or actions taken as a result of the program.

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed. A reschedule/cancellation/missed session fee, equal to the cost of one session, will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
