Initial Intake & Strategy Session

Description

The purpose of this is to build rapport, take a deep dive into your goals and challenges and come up with a personalized plan that fits your schedule and budget. If we choose to move forward, the $45 will be applied toward your first session or package. During this session, we will get to know each other so that we can create a comfortable and trusting environment. Next. we'll review the intake questionnaire and/or your specific goals and will take a deep dive into how we will work together to achieve your desired outcomes. I'll explain how the process works, including methodologies, session frequency, and expectations from both sides. Then we'll wrap up addressing any questions you may have about my services/approach and/or any logistical details.
