Description

The Empower & Elevate Program utilizes Neuro-linguistics Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy (TLT) techniques to access the unconscious mind. Through this you will experience the transformative power of changing the way you think and feel. We will work together to establish your desired goals and outcomes, uncover obstacles and create an empowering plan that will elevate your emotional and mental well-being and push you to the limits so you will achieve your dreams. Each session lasts 90 minutes and will continue for 6 weeks. This involves a holistic approach to healing, combining life coaching with TLT, which helps address both the practical and emotional aspects of healing and personal growth. This blend is very powerful because it focuses on setting and achieving goals AND removing emotional blockages and limiting beliefs that may hinder progress. This program empowers you to take control of your healing journey AND provides you with practical tools to continue progressing towards achieving your goals. WHAT TO EXPECT The first session focuses on identifying goals and understanding the root cause of the problem. The second session involves reviewing tasks and releasing limiting beliefs and emotions, starting with anger and sadness. The third session continues the process of releasing remaining limiting beliefs and emotions, such as fear, hurt, guilt, and shame. The final three sessions are focused on achieving specific goals and objectives, discussing strategies and techniques, and tracking progress.
